No fever or anything?

If not I don't know what it could be.
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

I think that is just the normal ejaculatory fluid sans sperm.

If you're ejaculating and urinating at the same time (not possible with male anatomy), then something is up. See a doctor, especially if your semen is yellow.  ???

****TMI warning****

Okay my dose of E was increased a couple weeks ago.  Nothing too weird because I was on a low dose and my levels were low.

I guess mainly what I have noticed in that time is I get headaches every night, and my stomach has felt bloaty.  I've also been peeing a lot but making sure to stay hydrated.

At least until last night... I woke up feeling like I had wet the bed, inspected and realized it was a nocturnal emission (I have not had one for probably 10 years...) also I was not having a sexual dream when it happened.

Then right after I went to pee and a cloud of eggy yellowish stuff came out in the urine, it didn't really look like sperm...

Has anyone had this suddenly happen on HRT?? I am really confused  ???

I know you're gonna tell me to see a dr, that is obvious, but I haven't had any pain or other symptoms of being sick or anything so it doesn't seem urgent and this is not an easy issue to see a dr about as an MTF, and I haven't even found a GP yet in my new state...  :-\

Yes I did experience this, I was away in a different state working storm claims and it was so upsetting I went to the local hospital ER, they didn't know what it was but loaded me up with shots assuming I had the clap. $500 down a rathole. Then I was asked to go to a different state on my way home and handle some more claims, it happened again and I went to yet another ER and got the same treatment and another $500 down a rathole. I was a tearful mess, so I went to my VA hospital when I got home and the nurse practitioner took me through the same exercise for a third time and had me return for three more visits. It became an exercise where she would pull up her stool and tell me to drop my drawers and milk it down. Finally I told her that I was on HRT and that I had thought that she was developing a nasty fetish at my expense. It turned out that it happens, it's residual seminal fluid which is thick, slightly yellowy and icky that is being forced out as the prostate collapses in size. Nothing to worry about.

Ya I was going to say its probably fluid from your prostate which shrinks under HRT

The proper term would be retrograde ejaculation (where it goes into the bladder instead of out of the body). A good urologist will know what to look for in a urine sample if this is the problem.
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur. Happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr, purr, purr.

Without being too gross, does the fluid smell infected?  Or like urine?  Or like seminal fluid?

Normally, if you have prostatitis, you would have pain, and perhaps a fever, but AIP presents such as you describe.  If the fluid you mention contains white blood cells in the form of pus.

Honestly I don't really know because I never smelled it, but at least not so strong that I could smell anything before flushing it...

About inflamed prostate I really do not know, but the pressure feels like it is coming more from above the bladder I think and not below, or maybe on the sides... anyway I have no difficulty urinating, I just have to do it a lot :(

Also now the pelvic pressure I woke up with is slightly dying down... it's not gone but it is less noticeable.  Btw when I tighten the lower abdominal muscles (like just below the belly and above the pelvis) I feel the pressure right beneath them. What could cause this to happen just in the morning?

You might have a urinary tract infection, best see the doctor rather than self diagnose. Like the administrator says a pee test will tell the story.
