Hips. Is there a way to gain more fuller hips?

I dunno if I can give that much advice here. My hips are 40" (with butt...), and I can feel the bone under the skin so it's not all fat. Gon' have to ask my physician what that means.

Have you ever noticed ice skaters' hips and butts?  Fuller and muscular.

This is in no way a recommendation, but I hear that Dr. Chugay in California is doing cosmetic hip and buttocks implants.
Personally, I'd be a little worried about slippage and I'd be leery of any plastic surgeon that I hadn't fully checked out... but there are options.  And every option comes with risks.

I would think that would be one of inherent risks but you'd have to ask one of the surgeons who do this how they handle this risk.  Perhaps they give you a special chair.
My concern would be in placing a silicone insert near a large and energetic muscle mass that moves every time you walk, run, sit down, etc.  Evidently they also do implants for biceps, deltoids, etc., so they must think they have this covered in some way.
Before I'd even consider something like this I'd want to talk to patients who had already had this done and ask how many patients eventually have them taken out.

Do excersizes that build muscle around the hips like lunges. Also eat lots!

HRT will surely do this, the more you eat the fat will go to your bum and hips, well at least that's whats happening to me.
Have you been on HRT a while? if not maybe give it a lil time.

Lateral width? There's not much muscle on the sides of one's hips so exercise won't do much. Putting weight on may place fat in areas in the lateral areas as well others like the waist and negate any benefits. Supersize may supersize everything for better or worse. Injecting your own fat may be an option.

I'm in the middle of this procedure myself and have had one session of fat grafting from the midsection so far. The waist is now better sculpted, which means if I put weight on it won't go to the waist, but will go to adjacent areas. I'm hoping in the next session more fat will be grafted to the lateral areas. But if you have limited fat available to start with to graft this will be a problem.

tough as it might be this is the only guarantee!  gettin' some muscle in that area gives you some pretty fine toning.  plus you feel good!  (whispers to self i need to exercise as well.)
