Hi Zumbagirl,
Thanks for your reply.
I have seen your posts about Dr. Cardenas. I was really interested in him, especially after seeing Marion Love's results.
The only thing that confuses me is, she is always wearing a bandana or something to cover up her head or hairline.
Where does Dr. Cardenas put the incision line? I really want my scar to be hidden within my hairline. Both Dr. Spiegel and my local surgeon said they can definitely do that.
Another thing i noticed with Dr. Cardenas is that he is a plastic surgeon, does that mean he is not as skilled or qualified as a craniofacial surgeon to do bonework?
Because i feel that my face is already in a good state, i need to be very cautious on who i choose to perform, because the benefits need to outweigh the risks in my case. And i feel like i should be going to a craniofacial surgeon for this particular procedure because they are the specialists?
I have researched and i am still undecided.

The most common names on this forum are the 3 surgeons in the US but all i read is:
Dr. O is overpriced, too old to perform, Dr. Z overdoes some features and looks unnatural, Dr. Spiegel is too subtle.
Then there is the option of Dr. Cardenas (i got worried after reading a review that mentioned him leaving staples and materials inside a patient's forehead that got infected), Dr. DiMaggio (his patients don't look very female to me even though he is being referred to as 'mini Osterhout'), Dr. Pimentel from Femilife (their communication is very bad and they require almost a month's stay as part of their patient protocol)
I have looked at results from all, I think the best results i like come from Dr. Osterhout, for example, Ana Mancini went to him for her FFS and she looks really good. I am more concerned about his age than price.
On the other hand, my local surgeon doesn't mention anyone but Dr. Yaremchuk if i want to go to U.S.
