I don't think that the earlier its done the more enjoyable sex is, not from what I have heard from lots of people in their 40's, 50's and later on.  The biggest advantage, as far as I know, in having it done earlier, is you have longer to enjoy your new life. I will be 49 when I have mine done.

I'm non-op too... I'll be 38 next month, and my interest in bottom surgery has actually decreased since I started HRT 8 months ago. I thought it might become a more appealing option once I started hormones, but that isn't how it's trending right now.

See, I can imagine that sort of thing happening to me tbh. As things currently stand, I'm 90% sure I want GRS done at some point, but I've heard of a lot of cases of people being dead set on genital surgery prior to transitioning, but then after hormones and living as their true gender for several months, they find that they're comfortable without the need for surgery, so I keep an open mind on the subject...

Hello I am  from the Philippines And I am non op. Although I am open o the fact of doing for now I am happy of what I have. I am contented of what I have. I am still at my mid  20's but and I only have been taking hormones since 18 not that consistent though. I have been taking those contraceptives since that is what i common here.
