Laser Comb?

I am about to do a final touch on hair transplants.  The doctor suggested I might want to try the laser comb.  I have never used it before.  He said that 65% saw improvement.  Reading the reviews I find very mixed results.  Has anyone ever tried it?  It is not cheap, but if it helps.......
