How can nose reshaping be so easy?

I perceived a nose reshaping unit on noseright, I need to purchase it to reshape my particular nose, does anybody know if this feature actually works? I need an improved nose, and reshaping it along these lines appears a ton parcel part parcel better...please just address if anybody has attempted this item yet.
