Hi Everyone, my names Ruby, or ConfusedGirlRuby, whatever you want to call me really. I've known I was different for a very long time, but I realised for certain I was transgender (MTF) about 2 years ago after a lot of soul searching. I'm not out to my parents at the moment, and i'm not such how'd they'd react if I told them (they were ok with my being "gay", but I doubt they're be ok with me being trans). I'm pre-HRT, Pre-OP, pre everything really in terms of transitioning... I look pretty androgynous anyway which helps a lot, i'm young, but I do worry about time as an aspect in my transition as I don't want to get anymore masculine... Currently all I take is Saw Palmetto in order to keep my hair and skin in good condition, but other than that i'm pretty non-transitioned at the moment.

Would love to get some advice and also make new friends with people here

Hi Janet nice to meet you I'm still a bit new to this forum so i'm having a few teething issues getting used to things but hopefully i'll fit in haha by the way I love your hair it's so pretty! (i'm so jealous).

Oh by the way, I hate to plug this. But I've started writing a blog about my experiences being transgender and I was wondering if maybe you'd be able to circulate it to some friends and have a read? I'm not very good so I could really use some constructive critisism

You don't sound "confused" to me!  You sound like you are getting it all together.  Good luck.
