Ive had all that minus the headaches. Are you drinking enough water?

I'm starting to sound like my mom... ::)
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"

No hormone caused bloating here. I'd suggest talking to your prescribing doctor about it.

Has your  taste or preference in food changed since HRT?

I am a pasta monster. Well... to be honest anything made with dough be it pasta, bread, pasteries... Yet somedays now on HRT, a slice of bread can stop all digestion. Salads also. I haven't figured out any consistent cause-effect yet. Just a trend
