South Africa private surgeons for SRS? (help a newbie! :D)

Hi all! I'm new here so sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section or anything. I live in South Africa and want to transition soon, but I was wondering is there any private surgeon here that does SRS well? I'm frightened because I've read a topic here about how they do it at the steve biko hospital. Thanks for reading!

Hi I'm from Cape town South Africa and I have transitioned up to the final step wich is surgery I'm interrested to know why you would choose to have surgery here ? I have read the same horrifying accounts of surgeries and red tape etc. I have done years of research and myself have found that Thailand seem to be my best bet. Cost wise and results .
Privately here you are looking at the vicinity of more than twice than what  Thailand has to offer and that said with the number of  surgery experience a great deal less too .  Dr Kevin Adams in Cape Town does Private He is on the board at groote schuur too for government funded surgery I've been ready to do this final step since I've been 18 in 42 now and I have not been able to get to the front of this surgery list But I see it as a blessing in disguise now . My research has through the years made it aparent that there is just one option for me "Thailand"  hope this helps
