How do you get a pump that fits?

My penis is in between what i've seen for FTM's and a normal flaccid penis size. 
Regular dick pumps are too big, and the pumps i've seen for FTM is way too small for me..

i use a home made pump made from a 100ml cathider syringe and the actual pump part of a cheap regular dick pump, it works great id be happy to post a vid or picture showing how to make it, i usually try for  once a day but it ends up being every other day, the results speak for them selves Ive only been pumping for about a month and now rival any 3 year old

Furthermore, do you know if there are syringes larger than the one you used?

the air hose from the fireman pump i used fits perfectly without glue and im not sure where you would get a syringe larger the hundred ml is pretty big

i have found a 200ml syringe on ebay
