Natural transition doesn't work. It's nothing more than placebo and will most likely cause harm. I have a link that will explain this but i seem to have lost it, i will post it when i find it.

I used Trubulus Terrestris and Scitec Estro Block for a couple of months, and it messed up my menstrual cycle (it came a week earlier), so it does do something, but other than that there were no changes.
It's not worth the money.

Also if you want to naturally raise your testosterone levels, work out. Weight lifting increases testosterone production.

Agreed. Not to be rude, but natural transitioning seems like BS to me. Those supplements are for cis guys that naturally produce T. Not for pre-T trans guys. Plus, they're expensive. I'd just save your money to get on T.

the people peddling this stuff are trying to make money and have no concern what it does to your health, or even any idea if it actually works

they are playing off the popularity of all natural options, and they are targeting the trans population because trans people are looking for anyway to transition.

I think there was even some transguy who had a lot of views on his transition youtube videos hawking this stuff and showing his 'results' - he got his results from regular T injections and not 'natural' nonsense?  or am I imagining that happened?

placebo effects and psychosomatic inertia are all you are going to get
