That's why someone must be carefull not to mess too much with the jaw line, if you already have a longish face (which she has), its better to concentrate on the chin and leave the jaw larger so it will look rounder and give some width to you face. If you diminish the jaw line too much, you face will look even longer, which will make you look manish no matter how small your chin is.

Its all a question of balance; just shaving having is not always the solution.

Also, if you remove too much of the jaw, it tends to hollow the cheek since you don't have as much tension on your skin. You can maybe counteract this by having fat injections in your cheek, but they don't last very long and you have to redo it all the time.

~I agree 100%. :) The jaw IMHO, more often than not, should be left as is; many of the most beautiful women in the world have somewhat 'masculine' jawlines, and it certainly does not detract from their perceived femininity.  I've noticed that even in those cases where FFS enhances everything else, surgery that affects the jaw line rarely seems to turn out ideally; in fact, I'd rate it, after rhinoplasty, as one of those surgeries to be extremely wary of (and thus supremely confident in your surgeon's skill should you choose to undertake it). :P

Moderation seems best in most things, as it is better to err of the side of caution... :icon_chick: At least one exception to this colloquial wisdom, however, is forehead reconstruction; for when it comes to cranioplasty, I say go for gold.
