I'm 6 months in my HRT and I'd just recently ran of my estradiol.  Of course my bottle says no refills,  and to top it all off, it's the weekend so my doctors office is closed till Monday.  I still have finasteride, so I'm not too worry.  But, I was wondering if this was urgent enough to call my doctors emergency number, or if this something that can wait till Monday?

A couple of days without it is unlikely to cause any serious issues.

Disclaimer: I am not a doctor! I think you'll be fine, other than anxiety until you get your refill. Hugs, Devlyn

I have went several days without any problems.  You should be fine.

It does not take courage or bravery to change your gender.  It takes fear of living one more day in the wrong one.~me

Estrogen stores itself in the fat cells you should have enough in your system to last a week as long as you keep your T at bay.
"For transpeople, using the right pronoun is NOT simply a 'political correctness' issue. It's core to the entire struggle transpeople go through. Using the wrong pronoun means 'I don't recognize you as who you are.' It means 'I think you're confused, delusional, or mentally I'll.'. It means 'you're not important enough for me to acknowledge your struggle.'"
