Hello all,
Over the last few months I've noticed and have also been told by my wife that my voice and manerisms have become a bit more feminine. I am talking more from the back of my throat (if that makes sense), where as before it was much lower down. It has'nt changed the overall tone all that much, but it has definitley softened it a lot more.
My wife actually asked me to talk in my old voice so we could compare the two, and I struggled for around 2-3 minutes before I could finally do it!!
I also catch myself out, standing or positioning my body into what would be considered more female type poses/positions.
I am not currently on HRT, although I am seeing a therapist soon to talk about it.
It just seems that over the last few months since I have accepted myself as a transgendered person I have opened up a lot more, and have begun doing things that feel more natural/comfortable, often without realising for a while.
Is this common, and did anyone else experience this?
