Michigan Endo. Help

Alright so I have a problem finding an endo that works near my city. The closest one is a four hour drive away and I can't keep making that for trips so I wonder if there was one that was any closer to the north eastern hemisphere? Or if I could do most of the tests here and then drive down there to give them the report. I have a doctor willing to do the tests and everything (a young doctor that has helped out another trans before me)

So is there anything that can help me? Any Endos that leave closer to the Gaylord/Alpena/Alcona area?

Or any endo willing to talk about the tests?
