It might be a stupid question but my friend asked me if she would go on E blockers would she still have periods? And I couldn't answer but stucked in my head.

In most cases periods stop on E blockers. I went on them to stop mine but I was told there was a small chance it wouldn't work. Luckily for me it did.

E blockers will stop periods.  However, they can also have side effects.  Another option is a large dose of norethisterone, which will definitely stop periods and is easier on the body as far as I'm aware, but doesn't block E.  This is probably something your friend would want to discuss with a doctor, because there are a number of options for stopping periods and different options are best for different people.

Thank you for the info, I don't think we were talking about it serious, I mentioned to her that mine stopped from T and she was like wow. She's not trans and as far as I know she wants to have kids in the future so there's no reason to stop period.
