First therapy session today :)

Today was a milestone, went to my first therapy session.

Went very well! She just wanted to know my background, talk about myself. Im lucky im surounded by loving supportive people. I dont have to add acceptance to the mix of my therapy.

As it stands right now its just an anxiety and confusion. She wants to work with me to help me figure it all out. She likes to take things slow, which is fine by me i dont like to rush things.

Twas a good session, hopefully as i go things will clarify and i can figure out what it is i really want.
