Im going to start HRT... I am going to self medicate... (I know you wont like that fact)
I will have blood test every month.
I have done extensive research, and will replicate a natural GG female puberty. (blood hormone levels)

Unfortunately i have alot of very lean muscle mass, no fat at all, so excercise will be altered to cardiovascular only and calorie intake of arond 3000 a day.
I am 24,
5 foot 7
Waist 31"
Hips 33"
Chest/Ribs 36" (lot of back muscle makes this bigger which I hope to lose)
Biceps 13"

Day 1: Bank sperm...

Clean calorie intake and vitamin supplements through-out
Blood glucose levels and blood pressure levels monitored through-out

Repeat month 9 until 18 months (dependent on blood test results)
at 19 months reduce sometropin over 3 month to zero

Adding Progesterone is still being considered.

Orchiectomy will be considered to lose spiro

GG female puberty will be different due to the time scale and levesl of HGh, but at 24 i should still have a reasonable level of HGh in my system. HGh will assist in new tissue growth and repair, also fat redistribution, I may not see any weight gain until i lower the HGh (due to HGh increasing fat metabolism) but hopefully i will gain in the right places rather than in the abdominal 'male' region.

Self Medication is against our policy.  No one can give you any suggestions.

Self Medicating is very dangerous, please see a doctor.
Nameless here for evermore!;  Merely this, and nothing more;
Tis the wind and nothing more!;  Quoth the Raven, "Nevermore!!"

I will have doctor supervision through-out. Meds will be prescribed by doctor except the HGh, I can obtain this through some links I have in the body builders industry.
Although doctors tend only get your levels upto normal female range and keep them there. This does not give as good as a result as going through a artificial puberty matching the hormone levels of a GG whilst at their peak in puberty.

dan-to-ashlee, I am gratified to hear that you are going to be under medical supervision.  Even though hormone replacement therapy for the purpose of transitioning is becoming increasingly available on an "informed consent" basis, it is still dangerous.  That is why medical supervision and regular testing is important.

One of my dear friends here had an unexpected, life threatening complication, years after transitioning.  Deep vein thromboses, liver toxicity, and other complications have, and do, occur.

And what might be an appropriate HRT regime for you, might be entirely inappropriate for someone else.  That is why Susan established Terms-of-Service Rule #8:

8. The discussion of hormone replacement therapy(HRT) and it's medications are permitted, with the following limitations:

    A. You may not advocate for or against a specific medication or combinations of medication for personal gain. This is strictly prohibited.
    B. You may not discuss the means to acquire HRT medications without a prescription. The discussion of self medication without a doctors supervision is prohibited.
    C. The discussion of recommended or actual dosages is strongly discouraged to prevent information obtained on this site from being used to self medicate.

We can not in good conscience condone the self administering of these medications. Not only may self medication be illegal, but HRT medications can cause serious health problems, and many have the potential for life-threatening side effects that can only be detected and prevented with proper medical supervision.

For that reason, posts which discuss dosages of HRT medications will be edited or deleted.
