Hi went to the doctor to start HRT did blood tests to set my baseline and the results came back and the T is 140 with no meds and said that I was that low naturally the E will probably be effective. Does this sound right to you?

It does to me. My T was 200 before I started HRT (that's below the bottom of the normal male range) and with a low dose of E only it got down to 30-40. I've seen some pretty impressive results, too.

Yes, this is good. It means you can start Estrogen first a d hopefully it alone will do the job of furthering lowering your testosterone. Due to how hard andro-blockers are on the liver this would be very positive news. You can redraw the T level in a few months after starting E and it is hopeful it will drop further.

Based on what I've heard from my doc, it does indeed seem okay. To be honest I really envy you though, I started off at 759 T and after 6 weeks on E have finally reached 424. Time for anti androgens...

Keep in mind that sometimes the brain sees that increased estradiol is in the body and tells the pituitary gland to up the T. So it MAY go up after HRT. However it's possible you wont need AA.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.
