How to make a packer?

I can't afford to buy a packer and if my mum found it she would go mad. So I thought I may as well make one. I have the elastic for the harness ready so that's all good to go, I just don't know how to make the packer itself. I've heard about the condom thing, but I'm too paranoid it'll split. I thought about socks, but I don't think that'll feel very realistic. I'm sure there'a already been a post on this but I can't find one. Any advice on literally any homemade packers - no matter how farfetched they are - would be very much appreciated. Thanks

Maybe a more skin-like fabric? Like a soft suede?  Honestly, anything plastic that you sculpt and cast yourself will probably cost you a lot more than buying cheaper packer and being stealthy with it.
