The name of this "game" is simple. And you can blame Spacial for this one. ^_^
Each person participating must post a complement to another member. And make sure it is genuine. I know that there is a quality everyone has that you will find admirable. I have seen some posts on here lately that made me sad, so, I want everyone to help build morale and self esteem.
