 Well, I ask because I think I arrange myself differently than many people tend to, with the "twig" facing upward, rather than downward. I have to wonder if the alternative would become more comfortable after the operation.

I will note that I have not experienced much "withering". I'm grateful for this, but tucking is certainly more of an ordeal than I would like it to be - so I prefer to avoid it, for comfort's sake. Long shirts really help, and they're adorable on smaller people.

Live would sure be great with those things removed, I've never had any real reason for them anyway. I do so hope one day to have SRS & just hopefully become normal with maybe decent depth even though my thing is small.

Just normal sex with a man & a normal life would be so great/normal.
