Has anybody ever done testosterone hormone treatment at Baart Programs?

Well, this doesn't look good. Nobody has used BAART for hormones?

I know people who have, what's the question? They are a methadone clinic but they have funding for HRT as well. They are one of the few clinics in LA County doing low/no cost HRT so if that's what you are looking for, definitely go there. The one in Southeast on Avalon isn't doing HRT anymore, the one on Beverly is but probably has a few month waiting list. Good luck!

Thanks ! yea they do free HRT to people who live in LA county. I kinda felt really uncomfortable and very scared when i went into the clinic for my first time for my bloodwork. I knew its like a rehab drug clinic.. but idk i just felt uncomfortable but their staff and doctor was really nice and always has a smile on their face.

I get my mones from there. Yeah, it's not in the most pretty neighborhood and some of the people in there are pretty scary but the staff is wonderful and best of all hrt is free.

HRT there is free but only to LA county residents.. Since i'm an OC resident I was put on a sliding scale. The only thing i dont like about thatclinic is that I cant bring home my hormones. I do travel so It's gonna be hard.

I start my first shot next week actually.

Wow, what a mixed bag--I hope the sliding scale isn't too bad.

I guess I see why they don't let people take their meds home...they are probably worried that folks will sell them. So you have to commute...what, every week? Every two weeks? Are you going to look into other alternatives to this clinic?

Anyway, you are starting soon--sounds great! Congrats!

Yea my shots are $15 a shot so its not bad. And yes i commute. But i make my shots on wednesday because i do drive to LA for therapy at the center on wednesdays so its not bad. I am looking into that clinic of that link you sent me. And im also going to my family doctor since i guess she specializes in hormone therapy to refer me to a endocrinologist or can even prescribe me my T. Lol
