I haven't started HRT yet, but I'm going to come out to my parents in a month (At psychiatrist)
I know I have a masculine facial structure and I was wondering if anyone could give me some suggestions/answers to my questions.

1. Should I rely on HRT to fix my masculine features? (I know it wouldn't change the bone structure so...)
2. If I do need FFS, what surgeries should I get?

Thank you in advance!

I say; Get on HRT first and than after a year or two, start thinking about ffs.
The only answer to your questions is get on hormones and find out.

My gf was OBSESS with fss at the beginning of her transition, thinking she would never pass, she was ugly...
Now she's over 16 months on hrt and doesn't even care about fss anymore.

Good luck!

As the others have said, I'd give HRT some time to do it's thing - after which you might want to think about FFS. You may find that HRT is all you need.

I had ffs right from the start but just needed the nine work as well. The hormones seem to take care of the rest of things. If you want to get the bone work done first right away I say go for it
