I would venture to guess those hands are not of the same person, finger bones don't shrink like that.

I'm thinking it's because of a different angle the photo was taken at.

As for changes, acne is such a pain. I never had much of a problem during my "first puberty" with acne... but now it's just going wild. Maybe not so much on my face, but my chest and back are a warzone of angry pimples. I never had to deal with acne on my moobs before. I blame my binder for it because the acne is all on my upper back and just my chest. And I swear it just doubles daily. Oh, and the acne on my face pops up overnight. And it's like, "Yo, hey, I wasn't here last night, but now I've moved in and you've gotta pop me now!" It's kind of horrible.

And hair. I was a hairless cretin before T, and now my stomach's all fuzzy. My boyfriend is probably sick of hearing me talk about it, but it's still so exciting (especially since I was fairly hairless beforehand.)

I've gotta agree about the smell, too. Both just natural sweat (of which gets produced a lot more even if I'm not that active) and "downstairs" smell. It's kinda weird/gross (sorry for those squeamish folk) to say, but my junk smells very similar, if not exactly the same as my boyfriend's junk. So, yeah there's that. I'm not complaining about it, I just wasn't expecting it. I feel all the more manly for it, haha.

A hairy butt.
There. I said it.

Yep, same here. The other, I haven't had any illness going on since starting T, before I was sick all the time.

Since hands were mentioned, I went digging for a pre-t pic to compare with today.

Went and got me a ticker, so everytime I post I'm reminded to put down whatever I was about to eat. >.>

My hands have changed too and my feet seem more muscular to me but they didn't change size.
I didn't expect my butt to shrink so much and so quickly, I used to wear jeans with a 32 waist and they fit fairly snug, now I have to wear a belt because they are baggy and I fit 30 inch waists.

Your post made me go look in the mirror lol. I used to have a bum but now it's flatter lol, I hadn't noticed, unfortunately for me it seems the fat just moved around to my gut instead.

So, my wife has said for years that I don't have a butt ... however according to my measurements my waist is getting smaller.  However, that being said I have been losing weight.

I can't comment on changes cause I am really not getting any

My body hair has doubled in the past almost 4 months since starting injections. I thought I was hairy before but I'm seriously worried in a few years I'm going to be as hairy as Robin Williams.

The pattern it grows is odd. I'll notice random hairs start getting longer then the rest of the hairs catch up to them. It's gnarly, my leg hair is almost connected to the hair on my feet. Seriously follicles, stop.

I've heard that the neck circumference supposedly increases.. anyone have that?

And the feet... I need new shoes again, mine're three sizes larger than they were last year.

Not a single, solitary one of my button-down shirts fit me anymore and solely because of this reason. Half of those also do not fit anymore because of the shoulder widths too. I can still wear the ones that don't fit my neck open, but otherwise they are extremely irritating to my entire tracheal area of my neck. The collars of them all push it back into itself painfully.

I already was a 16-17" neck! It's going to be a PITA for me to find those kinds of shirts in a 18-20" neck and that appropriately fit the rest of me too. Will definitely not be a average-Joe department store find... :-\

Didn't happen to me.

I've been on T for over a year and my feet are the same size.

I've also experienced this. It's uncomfortable to do up the top button on a lot of my shirts that previously fit.

Sorry for bumping this topic back up again but it's interesting. This also has happened to me though not as much as I'd like. I've gone from a 12 1/2 inch neck to 13 inch but it stopped increasing early on and hasn't done since. My friend however also had a 12 1/2 inch neck pre-T but his has increased to 14 1/2 inches. Neither of us put on weight so it must be the T and I guess it's down to genetics how much bigger it gets.

Wow. What a drastic change for his hands! Mine are still incredibly feminine and beautiful lol. Actually when I come out to people, they always say the only thing they can notice that's not completely male about me are my hands. I took a pic for fun...

^ Four years of testosterone and they still look like that.

As for unexpected changes. I never thought I'd need to own a nose hair trimmer, but I have one now. Also never thought about getting the 'horns' some people get when angry, the ones at the end of your eyebrows kinda above your nose. If anyone knows what I'm talking about haha, never got them before T but get them now.
O I remember about 8-9 weeks on T, all of my clothes being slightly more snug around my shoulders & neck. Didn't expect that to happen so fast, and wasn't really thinking about neck width at all as a possible change.
