If you are in Canada, the Anglican Church Of Canada has a good reputation for being welcoming to GLBT people. There are many clergy who do solemnize same sex marriages, and at least one priest is in such a relationship. You may need to find out which parishes are better than others on that though. The Anglican Church Of Canada and the Episcopal Church in the U.S. are in a bit of a doghouse with the rest of the worldwide Anglican Communion over the GLBT issues, so they must be doing something right. The theology of the church is NOT fundamentalist and has a wide loose range on the subject of where the Bible stands in things, but they are also a church that welcomes the role of human thought and reason.
