Folks,

This is embarrassing, but i feel that i must ask anyway...

After three sessions in a hot bath with two different callous removal stones, i have the big stuff off, but in two places, ball of the foot and left underside the big toe, the hard skin seems to go all the way to the bone.

Scrubbing and scrubbing with the coarsest stone, i don't draw blood, but don't make progress either.

I'm afraid of those chemicals on the internet.  Especially with my sensitive skin.  Unless someone here can vouch for something in particular...

In a couple of weeks, i'll be in San Francisco... and if i can find a TG-friendly spa at reasonable cost, i'm not opposed to using their services, if this is something that only a serious spa or foot-doctor should handle.

Please advise.

Thanks!
Karla

I don't have advice, but I also have callouses on my heels / toe that I wouldn't mind taking care of.  I wonder how long it takes for them to go away on their own...
Sometimes I blog things

Of course I'm sane.  When trees start talking to me, I don't talk back.
