I'm torn between underworks/love boat and what the best binder for me would be. I have the 997 in XL from underworks, but I've been less then pleased with it. Besides it being extra hot and tight I feel as though it hides little to none of my chest, it has shrunk quite a bit, and it constantly rolls no matter how or what it is tucked into. I'm about 5'5" 195lbs with 40DD so I don't think the tri-top would work well for me. Any opinions or advice?

I got the... let's see... 967, I think, it's the one that's got the shorts built in.  It's basically the 997 on the top, so if that one really didn't work well for you then the 967 might not either, but the attached bottom completely eliminated the rolling up problem at least.  I can vouch for that making a big difference in how comfortable it was.  Good luck finding one that works well for you.

LLB runs small. I would not recommend them for people over a D. I'd go with underworks tri-top. Cheaper and works the best IMHO. I'm a DDD, BTW and I wear both the Tri-top and the 997 and I get pretty flat.

I would not recommend loveboat for people over a cup C. They just run very small.
Haven't seen too much re: the pants/top combo for underworks. Maybe you'd be better off with a tri-top or one other more popular model.

Thanks for the info!

VDub is the 967 pretty comfortable? That was one I was looking at, but with summer coming up I didn't know if it'd get too hot. Also, did it run small?

Darrin, what size did you get in the tri-top? I've heard mainly good things about it, but also from bigger guys that it can cause extra skin to hang out or give you a roll around the bottom.

I think the 967 is fantastic and the lack of rolling up is totally worth it in my opinion!  I'm a 34DD and I got the medium; it flattens me right out. I find it fairly comfortable actually.  I recommend this one for sure.

The only issue could potentially be going to the bathroom in it.  I use a STP device but if you don't, I can't speak to its usability.  I guess it's possible though, I just haven't tried it like that so it may be an issue because you can't just pull the bottom half down obviously.

I already had a medium in the 998 and went for the same size for the 967.  I'm not sure if I maybe stretched the 998 because I feel like the 967 is tighter but for me in a good way, so it may be a little smaller.  I find the harder part is getting the damn thing past my legs because I have footballer (soccer player) thighs - huge quads, but I do eventually get it on and once it's on it's fine, but it can be a battle.

I think the sizing on the 967 seemed about the same as for the 997, I got a large in both.  If there was a size difference it didn't seem too noticeable.  And I definitely find it comfortable, good enough to wear it all day and although probably not a good idea I've even slept in it with no problem.  The lack of a problem with rolling up stops it from getting out of place or having to re-adjust it a whole lot.  Although, yeah, the bottom could make going to the bathroom a bit of a pain.
