I have been blessed with small boobs, but something as flat as that is still a dream! Binding solves 99% of the trouble I have with my chest though. But swimming pools are always tricky :s It's been ages since I've been to the pool, I don't even have to tell you guys why, lol.

Doll, pretty good looking for a starting-out FtM, really! Your face is probably more angular than mine! (I really have a round/soft face :s) Your jawline looks terrific!
If you let your eyebrows grow out, or make them appear thicker you'll be on the right track! Also do I like your new haircut, and the piercings. Though I agree that small rings for the helix would be better than studs, and you could better use a different colour tunnel. I think that if you pick more 'masculine' piercings you should be fine tho', I've seen plenty of guys with piercings in the spots where you have them. It shouldn't hinder your passing, or so I think. And otherwise you take a few out.
I'm still toying with the idea to cut my hair as well, but I am just really attached to my dreads. They took a year to get to the point where they are now, where I really love them, etc. and they aren't quite a 'quick' hairstyle to get back if I decide to chop, but I feel like they're really hindering my passing... :s Argh!
