I've never posted here but... guess I'm feeling a bit bad-ass. Got my new glasses. Recently got my hair cut. And a girl told me I make a cute guy. Heh

I think this is the most self-confident picture I've seen of you, and you look awesome, my friend :D

I'm a vain, vain bastard. [/img]
So hopefully the photo posts. My computer is a little wacky and I'm new to the whole forum thing. And please por favor don't judge my image editing skills, the program that I use updated or something and now it doesn't seem to work that well.
I pray that this is a vast improvement. I never wanted to be a girl. And at least I now know why I hated myself so much before. I'm actually happy for the first time since I was a tiny little tomgirl (I was the kid who liked to play with both baby dolls and toy racecars).

Also, everyone else on here looks freaking awesome. Keep your hopes up, my brothers (and sisters and siblings in general. I guess you non-binary people will be considered siblings. Crazy Rom loves you all).

Edit: The picture postey thing doesn't work. Here's a link. http://i1268.photobucket.com/albums/jj576/Rom_kicks_ass/Comparecontrast_zps59bb8f58.png
:icon_chainsaw: Don't call me a girl

I'm just keeping up hope and reaching for the light.

I'm so much happier now, even though I never look like it in pictures.

Everyone's looking awesome! And I can kinda see the Joseph-Gordon Levitt resemblance.

I'm 3 years 3 1/2 months on Testosterone, 1 year 9 1/2 months post top surgery.

I know I just posted but I'm on vacation and I'm wearing a tanktop. I'm pre-op so for my chest to look this good in just a binder and a tank....well let's just say I'm feeling bad ass. I think the chest hair helps a lot but still lol.

Pre everything. I haven't even talked to a doctor about transitioning yet-- hell, I only came to terms with "yeah, okay, I'm a dude" like a month ago (changed my name & came out as genderqueer/androgynous ~7 months ago). I've started focusing my workouts on my chest/shoulders/arms and stopped shaving my legs and armpits, but not much progress on either front yet. (I've also lost about 75 pounds in the last year or so, thus the extra skin on my arms... hoping it fills out with muscle soon)

DreadLOX, you def look B.A.!

And Jack, congrats on coming to terms with yourself and losing 75 lbs because both of those things are very difficult.  Lookin good so far!

I shaved my hair off due to the impending summer months and scalp dryness problems I have been having.  I was concerned it would make me look more female, but I think I look OK?

Yes!  That profile shot shows a very masculine hairline, along with a very masculine face.  For a short haircut, you nailed it.  The only thing that even hints at feminine for me in your photos are the earrings, but that might just be me.

Chris don't stress man you look legit. Sharp jawline, sharp hairline. Buzz cut looks good on you bro.

Jack, congratulations on the weight loss! I gained a lot of weight when I was really depressed about being trans. I've lost about 40+ pounds and replaced it with some muscle in the last almost year. I'm dealing with some stretch marks on my stomach that had never been there before I lost the weight. Weight issues can suck. Very badass tho, you've got a very masculine head shape already pre-T.

DreadLOX, def badass. It always feels good to pull off a tank top over the binder.

Always so proud of this thread.

Thanks! I still have a lot to lose, at least another 20lb of fat I'd say, but I'm getting there. Hoping maybe when I get on T it'll help my metabolism out a bit?  ;D I know it's a long shot but a boy can hope. I have a ton of extra skin on my gut, so I dunno if I'll ever be able to do the shirtless-at-the-beach thing, but /shrug. Whatcha gonna do.

Thanks man! That's pretty much why I got as big as I did-- I hated my body anyway, so why did it matter? It was a really unhealthy attitude that I'm glad I kicked, but it sucks that it got so bad. Congrats on your own fitness & weight loss!

I took a couple more photos with my binder on & new shirt & new jeans the other day, hope you guys don't mind me sharing. I just felt really good.

Thank you everyone, the chest hair was the firs thing to come in. Finally though my facial hair is catching up. Everyone is definAtly badass! And Chris I most certainly do see the resemblance with a young eminem! Here is an update on my facial hair, this is 2 weeks since the previous pic I believe, ive shaved the sides of my face for job reasons but chin hair is within guidelines! Lol
