help me decide hrt

Good day...
I am on a very old HRT regimen...it had served its purpose when i was
In my teens and twenties...
Buut....I fear may the risk factors are stacking up...
Current set is..
Spiro..modroxyprogesterone....premarin...

I am open to any sugestion...please give reasoning as to why

IMO, the spiro is fine. Progesterone is iffy. There isn't much evidence it promotes breast growth but I heard it can assist in feminiztion and the maintenance of a libido. The Premarin...I would switch to Estrace or Estrofem. I read a post awhile back from someone in Canada that took Premarin and she said that it had side effects and that they vanished when she switched to Estrace and that she feminized at a much more rapid pace after switching.

I just renewed HRT & taking spiro & estrofem, no progesterone. Years ago I took premairn however I deceided to change E. It's way to early to report any results.

basically what they said...premarin is not ideal for transition. progesterone is one of those things that just isnt clear, though my dr wont prescribe it as she and the entire clinic she works for believe that its side effects far outweigh any potential for further development.

Seen doctor this morning switched from premarin to
Estrace pill form
