So here's my situation, I'm on a low dose of spiro and want to talk to my doctor about upping my dose. I've tried calling his office several times but have gotten no response back, last time I called was a week ago. I'm really tempted to up my dosage myself and simply just tell him that I did when I see him in July. What should I do because I don't think I'll be able to see him until my next appointment.

I'd keep trying to reach him. I understand why you would want to up your dose on your own, but wouldn't you run out of meds? I would keep calling, like every day until you speak to him. But you are right often times a low dose of spiro isn't sufficient. In my own experience, the one thing I noticed is that my ability to sexually function has been obliterated which I take to mean my T is now at an optimal level. I've also had some pretty good fat redistribution on my face since my spiro dose was upped. But that doesn't represent causation. It could be coincidence.

I'd wouldn't just up your dose on your own though. For what it is worth I think in the last pic you posted you seemed to be getting some good changes. You'll def going to be satisfied in the end. Waiting sucks though doesn't it???
