I think people should know of all the women who were tortured in jail and beaten by cops while struggling for that right to vote.  During World War I, the fascist president woodrow wilson used the U.S. government in a parallel move similar to what is happening today.  In a time of war, dissension was outlawed.  The women in the movement were imprisoned for practicing their right to speak.  Some were tortured.

Some people believe that the government now is doing what it has to in order to protect us, but what will happen to dissidents who are arrested on trumped up charges and rushed through the system now that the Attorney General, who approved the use of torture before being confirmed, has the power to speed up the execution of prisoners on death row.  Why do they care if a person sits on death row for 20 years?  The only people the Bush cronies show fear over are those who have a purpose of which they do not approve.
Do not be surprised when you see people known for speaking out being found guilty of crimes of which they are unlikely to have committed.

Just my opinion.  I am going to try to forget that I even wrote this.   >:(

I kind of found that news footage confusing.  I don't understand what they were trying to say.

I'm like that.  I almost have the brain of a baby.

It would be swell for those of us who post links to videos would post some commentary.

Some of us have limited broad band access.  For me, if I download too much, my ISP essentially cuts me off for 24 hours the next day.

As a result, if I don't know what the video is about, I am hesitant to attempt to watch it.
