 I'm disinclined to think so.

I may have heard of one or two alleged cases, but I cast a very heavy skeptical eye on these claims. There is no real way to prove that it's HRT that changes your hair colour, and not some other process - for example, my sister's hair was blonde until her mid to late teens, and it is now more of a light brown. Also, hair dye is a thing.

Ummm, in a way, yes. I had hair that grew back and it is the light sandy brown my hair used to be when I was a child. my adult natural hair color is a brown/black.

It did for me. I was light blonde... now I'm blonde blonde... not platinum... but a most definite difference. My hair also became much curlier too. HRT can affect people in all different ways depending on genetics. So what happens to 1 person may not happen to 99 others on the same dosage and type of HRT. It's random... somewhat.

Not sure if it's old age or HRT!I was a dark grey before HRT and now a pale silver where roots are showing.
