foods to advoid during hormones

There is talk about advoiding foods that contain caffeine and other ingredients that effect estrogen levels.my doctor say. To just not eat a lot of it. I have one or two caffeinated drinks a day. Has anyone else heard this too? I hope this isnt over stepping the boundries of the site.just wanted to know if people still have caffeinated products while on estrogen. God knows us women like chocolate! !! That contains caffiene also..thanks

Everything in moderation.  Genetic women have coffee everyday, I seriously doubt one or two cups a day of coffee is going to harm you.

I was caffeine-intolerant for a while after starting HRT.  It made me very anxious and unable to sleep.  But now I'm back up to being able to have it without any problems.  And thankfully chocolate has never been a problem! :D

I don't drink coffee, but I do drink tea. And I did not feel much difference after hormone when drinking tea, perhaps because tea is much weaker than coffee?

I'm on T so it's a little different, but I had to cut down on caffeine for a while because I wasn't used to the extra energy I got from testosterone.
