That's what I take an have been orally up until last week when I started sublingual administration, however I have terrible OCD about these types of things an while it seems like it's working I just want some piece of mind to make sure i'm doing this right. I talked with a pharmacist who told me they weren't designed that way from the info she could gather an that they were meant to be taken orally however i've been told by some they can in fact be taken sublingually. I want to be as safe as possible as self medication is my only means as of now. The medication I take is a little blue pill with NOVO an 280 marked one side an it's a product by novo nordisk.

Yes, you can, as it is micronized, same way as estrace and its generics.
