cheap panties

Over the past few years  I  have spent good money on brand name  and designer panties,only to find that I can get a better fit from cheap department store undies. No binding and no rolldown , has any one else noticed ?

I have also noticed this. We have a retail chain here in oz that sells a good range. Also I have picked up heaps of cheap under wear at the low budget department stores

Yes. I usually wear stretchable skinny jeans purchased at Walmart. They are very comfortable. It costed just $18 each, and I purchased 3 pairs.
