Shoulders 48" - that is circumference right? Cause otherwise I dont get this number

. I dropped one size with crazy workout, limiting my calories/fasting within one month only and there surely was a bit of drop with regard to shoulder muscles, because I recently tried to put on one of my jackets and it looked like it was REALLY too big for me and sleeves had literally gotten longer. At the same time I have tried several of my partner's clothing (she wears mostly S sizes) and to my surprise, there were many clothes which I was able to put on, button up and be able to move around, though they looked really tight on me and if I would have had bewbs, buttoning up might have been a bit of a problem. Jesus, I am not that small to be able to put on S size female clothes...
