Hello everyone,

My name is Jennifer.  I started coming to Susan's IRC chat back around the end of March, 2007  (I believe).  This is my first posting on the forums though.

I am from Texas. I just moved out here recently.  Well my brother and his family are moving out to the area soon.. they already bought a home there.  I am like 250 miles from them, but I don't know if my brother will ever let me see my nieces and nephews again... he isnt so supportive yet.

My father is against it but says it is between myself and God. My grandmother is neutral and says same thing: between self and God.  My mother is the most supportive and is happy for me.

I just went full time a little over 2 months ago and I have been on HRT for like 5 weeks.  I need to lose the weight for my health, work and for SRS.  I will be getting SRS once I get down to 220lbs.. which is gonna take a while.

I am Christian myself, but I dont'' discriminate against others based on their religion, or lack therof.  I believe God made me this way for me to transition and help any others transitioning who are strugglign with their faith.  Despite what most fundamentalist Christians say.. God loves us for our heart, not outward appearance.. and no where in the bible does it condemn us.

Live alone in Texas. Kinda lonely, but just made a couple new friends recently.  I think things will get better.  I am generally happy I think.. most of the time.

Ummm.. my taste in clothes: anything goes but no hose. Heels keels, nty. Right now I am forced to wear makeup.. cause of beard shadow. But I have alreaeyd had 2 laser sessions (of the 6 that i prepaid for), and have lost lots of facial fur..  Can't wait to go makeupless..  will save lots of time lol.

Oh I need boobs.. they need to grow .. they are slacking!

Lets see.. I tried to start transiton 10 years.  I wanted to transition at 18 once I found out about hormone replacement therapy.  Nothing will stop me now (God willing) from transitioning.  I have always identified as female but tried to live life as male for the various typical reasons.

My hair short right now, but not as bad as it was back in december at least (crew cut then). Hopefully in about a year it will be where I want it.. like to shoulders.

Well that is enough of me rambling on.

Take care and hugs,
Jennifer

Hey Jenn
Good luck on making the transition.  While the perks of living as a guy are decent (like getting taken seriously when it comes to technical knowledge) it sucks trying to make it work if its not who you are.  Which obviously you're not.  Anyway, may you enjoy the perks of full fledged womanhood and try to have a good time while you're here.

Welcome Jennifer,

Glad you joined the forum side. I myself just dipped my toes in the chat side a couple of days ago. I just returned from Dallas yesterday, I thought it a nice place. Good luck on the full transition. I hope to read more about it.

Hugs,

Rhonda
