One month on T and I've noticed that many areas of my body seem to be swollen/bloated/inflamed. I can't wear my wedding ring because my fingers have gotten fatter. My face fat is changing a bit but I've noticed I look bloated in the jaw/chin area (moon face?). I've also noticed that no matter what I eat or don't eat my stomach is bloated as if I'm holding a lot of water weight. I can't say this surprises me since I'm about 70 pounds over my ideal weight for my height.
I bought some flaxseed oil, zinc and calcium/magnesium pills to start taking because my diet isn't the best and these specific supplements are beneficial everyone. Flaxseed oil is an anti-inflammatory and I'm looking forward to seeing if I notice any decrease in swelling.
Do you know any other anti-inflammatory supplements or food? I'm unwilling to change my diet right now because I'm in the process of moving but I will be eating healthier and exercising a lot more once I get settled in at the new place.
