WARNING: TMI ALERT
So, I'm gonna go for it and ask a fairly embarrassing question here. Also, don't get offended by the terminology I'm using.

Now, I haven't started T yet, and would definitely like to try clit pumping to get things rolling. I've been looking at results from transmen and cis women online lately, and they look wonderful. However, I don't know how fast people generally achieve results with pumping, nor do I know what their junk looked like before they started so I can have some kind of point of reference.

I know T will grow it regardless, but because of my pathetic anatomy, I'm worried that it won't help enough. Not trying to be vulgar or anything, but I'm basically working with nothing down there. Like, at all. My genitals didn't really change at all during puberty, so I've basically got the parts of a 5-year-old girl. Even retracting my hood as far as possible, I STILL don't really have a clitoris. It looks nothing like what I've seen on other women. If you look at it, it doesn't look like a clit at all (which, it's a struggle to even look at it at all).

I've got a good bit of T flowing through my body naturally, and this is still what I've ended up with. Obviously I'm worried about if anything can even be done with it, or how long growing such a pathetic thing will take. Has anyone else started out with their clit being basically non-existent, and been able to grow from that point?

Also, I kind of favor the results of meto at this point, with the labia being used to create testicles, and am wondering if anyone's gotten meto with a naturally under-developed labia as well? Like I said, every last bit of my junk is completely under-developed. Even my breasts and nipples are under-developed. It's like my body completely skipped over that part of puberty (which, I guess with my health problems my whole life, shouldn't strike me as surprising). Has anyone tried one of the pumps that covers the whole area, in anticipation of meto? Or does size not matter when it actually comes time to have the surgery?

Like, if the internet didn't exist, I wouldn't know there was supposed to be an inner labia or clitoris at all. I haven't seen many females in person, either, so I also don't know how common this may be. I'm just generally clueless as to what to expect from all this, and what others may have started out with.

I never really got too up close and personal with my junk pre-t and never thought much about what it looked like because i knew no matter what it was wrong. But I can say that I didn't even know i had a dick (would rather not call it by female terminology) before I started T and while it's not huge it's about average from what i've seen of other guys on T so you shouldn't worry too much.
I dont know anything on pumping though, sorry

Haha, I never got too up close to mine either until a friend of mine kept asking questions about how they're supposed to look and junk. I think most cis women tend to check theirs out a good bit (or at least, my friends do), and I just never did until provoked to do so.

With FAAB the equipment is generally very small. It's not meant to extent out or anything.

^ From looking around online, I can honestly say I think mine's too small for even FAAB. Like...there IS no inner labia. At all. Just a hole and junk (I don't like talking about my anatomy too much, just trying to give a better idea of everything).

WARNING: Female body parts exposed in this link.

I don't know if I can post that link or not, if not just remove it, and apologies.

Mine looks kinda like the one that doesn't really have any parts to it, but even that one looks like it's got some kind of labia to it...But the lack of clit looks pretty similar.

I was kind hoping more people who actually pump could come on here and let me know how it's helped them, and what they started with. I don't want to go out and buy an expensive pump if it probably won't work too well on someone like me. (You don't have to use the female terminology, it's just easier for me to describe everything that way rather than coming on here and going "I don't have a penis, did any of you have a penis before starting?" Obviously that would just be confusing.)

Not sure exactly which one you're referencing on the link, but my vulva and all that is also very closed off and small like one on there. The clit isn't usually visible from the outside in persons AFAB I don't think. Anyway, my entire downstairs area was on the small, 'neat' side especially for someone with a large build and my clit may have also been smaller than average. Can't tell you about meta or surgery (haven't had it; don't plan to), but I got good clit growth.

Are you saying your area is just small down there or do you have reason to believe it's literally undeveloped outside the norm?

I seriously doubt a lot of people are not within the norm of genital size. Since women have no reason to talk about or brag about their size, I doubt you'd hear any conversation about that.

My breasts are underdeveloped as well, and I went through some pretty bad anorexia starting in young childhood, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's not just a "neat" build and it actually just never grew properly. Most doctors don't even realize that puffy areolas mean that the breasts haven't fully developed, and that's fairly common knowledge, so finding anything on the subject of the "downstairs" equipment is even more difficult, and a doctor would never be able to give an educated answer. I'm just worried that the clit hidden within my body is very tiny, and that pumping won't enlarge it enough to even be comparable in size to regular ones. But maybe I'm just being paranoid and it won't matter either way. Maybe.

Glad to hear you started out small as well and got good growth. Is that just from T or with pumping as well? I'm trying so hard to figure out if a pump is a good investment or not, but people don't seem to talk about it much...

I've used nipple cups before to pull my underdeveloped nips out of my chest, and that was fairly permanent, but this is entirely different equipment, so I don't want to buy something assuming it'll work just 'cuz I had success up top (my nips were so small even eyebrow piercings half the size of regular nipple piercings didn't fit me!) I think they're on the smaller end of normal for a guy now.

I guess if I do just wing it and get a pump, I have already gotten my bf into the idea of it, so it can at least be good for sexy play. I'd just really also like to get a growth benefit from it as well. ^^;

Just T. Thought about pumping, but never got around to it. I think I was hesitant because I heard you can damage things. I'm pretty paranoid about that. lol Function is everything to me.

I'm not sure if there are pumps small enough for use without an enlarged part. Anyone else have experience with this?

Anyway, if you have a clitoris at all, it should be able to grow.

Ugh, really can't wait to get on T for so many reasons...
Pumping anything can be dangerous unless done safely. I think the only people who experience problems are the ones who don't take precautions and start out too fast. But I still understand your hesitation. ^^;

I may wait on this, as the pump I was looking at is now back up to $90 instead of the $55 I saw it for last week (I shoulda jumped on the sale). Le sigh. Guess I'll update if I ever get it.

I've been looking at this one girl's blog, and she says after years of pumping, she's experienced slight growth (although her clit was apparently already quite large to begin with). I like the fact that she's being honest in saying that the growth was only slight, but I think even slight growth is enough for me to be willing to try it. :) Since slight growth is all I can hope to achieve anyway, I might as well work for the best growth I can.

It'll get bigger, no worries. I had the underdevelopment problem too, to the point where I couuldn't even get the skin to retract, but it'll get bigger with hormonal changes, no worries. Also, it is made from erectile tissue, so the more often you get aroused, the better it'll work. T makes you more aroused, and being aroused gives you more T. (Just FYI).

Anyway, if the pump is labeled for the thing your using it for, it'll work for it, even if it's small. I've heard there are also pumps for the labia area, but they're different than from above. I've also heard of moving to a different type of pump when it gets bigger, though I'm not entirely sure how this works, you'd have to look it up.

Wow, newsflash for me, why do cis-women pump?  ???

Increased sensitivity

And size, as well :)

A lot of people want enlarged clits just for aesthetics.  I know I've always thought they looked amazing, even before I started thinking of myself as gender queer.

Now though, since I'm probably never going to go on T, the whole size thing is massively depressing.  For me, pumping doesn't do much.  It makes me oversensitive and it doesn't feel good at all.  Not to mention that to me, after I pump, though I grow from like, nothing to about an inch and a half,  it looks like instead of the actual "clit" being enlarged, most of the "growth" is in the hood, which kind of swallows up everything else...it just looks weird.  Especially with my super thick mons and outer lips.

-sighs-

I really wish there was more for us non-T kids in terms of sex gear/bottom dysphoria resources.

You could try to get a prescription for a low dose T cream. Cis women use T cream on their clits while they pump to get even better results, and it's a small enough amount it doesn't mess with your hormones too much. Just something to consider. :)

I'm not squeamish about my crotch unless it's shark week, and I've been exploring it a bit to see what I've got to work with as I consider meto for the future. I've looked at videos and pictures of the entire vulva pumped to incredible size, and I've decided that I'm going to start doing that. I've seen some 'after' pictures of women who have been pumping for a while and after the swelling goes down there's still a larger amount of tissue than 'normal'. That's my reason for deciding to pump. I want to increase the size of the skin stuffs down there to increase the chance of an ideal 'look' after healing from meto.
I've decided that I will also be pumping my dick separately to help increase size. I'm not so much concerned with length as I am girth, and I also want the hood skin to increase for future meto.

This is practically irrelevant to the topic, since my experience is going to take years. I'm getting top surgery within the year, but meto will have to wait for a long long time since it's so expensive.

I've been looking into pumping for years now (before I knew I was trans & still pre t) and I've found cis women who pumped and had slight growth to 4 inches (a women with a already large clit). I know the four inches is farfetched but the thought of achieving a inch or two on my dick and look down and see it sounds enough for me. Plus after so long with daily pumping you can go up in cylinder size.
I read the more high end the pump and cylinders and the more aroused and informed you want damage anything. Take it really slow and do it daily.
Like another guy mentioned I'm going for girth and the stretching of the skin for when I get centurion meta. After the centurion I will pump daily until phallo. I think its a good investment but be sure your pump has a gauge and is metal. If there is discomfort stop.
Some cylinders once you have reached your max of pumping will allow you to detach the pump and a valve that will keep your dick erect inside until released. My girl and I found a small silicone sleeve off a vibrator to put over it for penetration.
Also I've seen women with small bits below and a lot of mental/physical arousal get things growing. I'm buying my pump soon sick of torturing myself with constant research.

I've tried pumping. I'm not on T but have larger than average equipment to begin with. I found that initially, pumping did give immediate results (just pumped up tissue) but those didn't last at all. In other words, take the pump off, or get off, and within a short amount of time you're back to normal size. I tried it for a good six months but I wasn't doing daily or anything, and noticed no staying size improvements. I also have "foreskin" (for lack of a better word ... although technically I think that may be the correct term) that moves (similar to trans guys who have been on T awhile) and pumping started to irritate that and it would actually hurt after awhile. So I pretty much gave up on that.

You have to keep it on for a rather significant period of time daily, from what I've read.
