A lot of what is in the Bible reflects the views of the times in which it is written. Not all of it pertains to anyone but those of that culture. From our viewpoint, the men and women of those times both wore robes... what's the diff? Both wore long hair. What's the diff? They both wore sandals. What's the big diff?
The things that hadn't been invented yet: pumps, pantyhose, pants, bras, panties
These are the items we typically attribute to one one sex or the other. Yet they did not exist when these verses were written.
Besides... some of us don't necessarily dress so much like "women" as we "are" women. I'd wear pretty much the same clothes (with minor differences) in either role because they are comfortable and I have no need to dress nice most of the time.
