Gosh darnit. Don't you just hate when you type out a nice heartfelt intro and your tablet decides to eat it?

Anyway the abbreviated version cause I'm not doing it all over again.
I'm a cis female married to a preop (and pre hormone) transwoman. He has been in counseling prior to starting HRT and currently prefers the male pronouns until he gets further along. We've been together 7 years, and celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary this weekend. He told me of his feelings within the first year of us being together but despite my support had too much inner conflict about transitioning to do it before now.
I'm very happy to have this community availible. Just seeing some of my fears reassured is helpful. I'm such a compulsive planner that I've probably read everything the internet has to offer but still I know I can never really be prepared for what speed bumps are ahead of us. Its reassuring that I have a place to turn with others going through or have gone through it as well.

I look forward to getting to know you all!

Welcome to the pair of you.

I reckon we'll get to know you too, over time. And perhaps we can smooth out the speed bumps.

And if you're ever feeling like a chat, why not head over to Susans chat.
