So as it stands i have about $900 worth of ink. I have a tribal half sleeve on my left forearm, a full sleeve on my right arm that is a royal flush falling thru flames, a grim reaper coming out of more flames on my back and a small piece on my right ankle for my son. Im wondering if yall think the sleeve, half sleeve and back piece would look good as a girl, or if i should possibly look into laser removal for them. Im just asking cuz it's not everyday you see that much ink on girls and those kinds of designs either.

I'll be dead honest: it's not that women have less ink or that ink looks bad on women (it looks great) but women tend to get ink that is more colorful. I have never gotten ink because the ink I have wanted is generally found on females. I really don't want to hurt your feelings or make you feel bad but you asked an honest question and should get an honest answer. Maybe you could modify them? I am not the number one expert on ink or Kat Von Dee or anything so I could be wrong. And I'm wrong a lot.

I'm not a big fan of tattoos outside of small ones, but you should do what you want.  Everyone is into different things.

However, to be honest, I haven't seen many women with grim reaper tattoos or a lot of tats in general.  They do exist, but it's something a bit different.  So, if you are thinking about removing them ask yourself this question:  do I care more about blending than I do about enjoying my own appearance/style?  Girls that want to dye their hair an alternative question have to ask themselves this same question.  Either way, do what you feel would be best for you.

Good luck :)

If I saw a woman with all those tattoos, I would immediately be attracted to her. Does that statement say enough?

Yes it does...

As for the colorful part, the flames are all colored, and my tribal is a double tribal, one black one red.

nAnd thanks for everyones opinions so far.

My (cis) wife has about £9000 worth of work including some monochrome pieces from when the tattooist was specialising in them. She looks fantastic, has been photographed for Skin Deep and is never, ever mis-gendered.

Well that was fun! What's next?

See mis-gendering isn't what im worried about, im more worried about being referred to as a dyke, bull dyke etc. especially cuz i like boys lol.

Move to be near the financial/legal district and you will never be short of male interest (and apologies in advance if that joke doesn't cross the Atlantic too well).

It could happen that people will believe you to be a lesbian, my wife has had it in the past; she isn't which will lead to some interesting times in the not too distant future I am sure.  Then again she was never short on male attention either so I suppose people will think what people think and best of luck to them with it.

Unfortunately, people make judgements about people based on their appearances.  Right or wrong, this does occur in society.  If a guy was to wear a business suit, people are going to think he is wealthy or has a great job.  That might not be true, but that's how some will view it.  The same can be said about tattoos (just with different connotations).   However, should you care is another subject.  If you like the tattoos and want to keep them, why should you let others dictate your style?  I'm sure many won't like me wearing cute dresses and will judge me for it, but they are not going to hold me down.  I say screw societal pressure and be yourself.  It's up to you whether you want to make the same decision.

Hi friends  :police:

Tattoos are not all that uncommon, at least not where I come from, I personally don't care for most of them myself but have thought about getting some to cover some of the various scares all over my body

Boys and girls get them for various reasons, that is their choice

Feel free to breath in any way that makes you comfortable, just don't breath down anyone's back in a negative manner

Time to take a break and think about everyone getting along for awhile

Topic temporarily locked

Thank you
