Everytime I see fish, especially salmon, I literally just want to swallow it as a whole. I am not much excited about meat anymore - sometimes I hate it, sometimes I feel like I need to eat a bit of meat - I used to digest lots of it... Dairy products - I start getting into cheeses and yeah, pickles in salt and/or vinegar... Vinegar pickles just drive me crazy and dont survive long in my fridge, whereas being drawn towards all things salty - I think this is a side-effect of spiro which takes a lot of salt out of my body + regular cardio-exercises.

mine changed big time, even tho I cant handle spice stuff I want it all the time.     Im a bbq chip addict.  I hated shrimp,  now im a fried shrimp junkie.     I hated alot of foods and now I cant get enough of them.  I still hate most the veggies tho lol.  I do like pickles now tho and I hated those with a passion

I haven't been on it too long (only 6 doses so far), but I have noticed that I haven't been as hungry.  It seems my overall appetite has diminished; although, I do notice hunger pains are more intense when they do come about.  Also, my sense of smell in general has improved which has made eating more desirable even though I don't feel hungry as often.  Kind of hard to explain.  Then again, it all may be head because I've been on it for only a short time period.  Still, I have been eating less and losing some weight (which is needed in my case).

Pretty much the same for me, and it hasn't changed much after 4 1/2 months. I guess it's a good thing though, as realistically speaking I do indeed no longer need quite as many calories. :)

I'm a cookie feind.

Definitely not losing any weight anytime soon. And that's fine with me.

I can booty bounce now.
