Hi there,
I want to get to full time but I am constrained by finances and body. When I go out I tend to not let it bother me and function as I did before it was demanded that I act female, after all part of this is a state of mind. I could be over thinking it because I am nervous that I will not being about to be free but what steps can I take until outside factors fall into place for me?

I don't see anything wrong with a gradual approach, especially with finances being a consideration.

That should not stop you from experimenting and finding your style.

You sound exactly how I was a year ago. Finances are a huge consideration. I'm up to a out $6000 in electrolysis as well as the cost of clothes, makeup, the lot. I found if I waited until I was ready, I would never have transitioned. I had to set a goal date and live with it. Having my manager at work meet with the other members of my team was a milestone as well, as there was no going back even if I wanted to. :)

Find your own time, do what you can to be yourself and things will work out. I overanalyze everything, but I finally had to stop and make the decision. You will too, in your own time,
