No downstairs growth whatsoever?

This is an awkward topic, lol but it would be 10x more awkward to ask my doctor. I wanted to ask him, but got too shy.
No downstairs growth since first month - AT ALL. Roughly, roughly an inch when hard...It stopped growing by the end of the first month and since then ... nothing. I heard some people are over 3 inches by 7 months... I am about 7 now.
What could this mean?

Everyone's body develops differently. There is no predetermined growth for transguys. The common size is one to three inches from everything I've read. Three being on the large end. You could try DHT cream and pumping to see if you could obtain growth.

Does DHT cream also make your hair fall out?

In theory it could I guess but the problem is there are no clinical studies about DHT use with transguys that I'm aware of. Kinda like yesterday I asked about using DHT cream to grow chest hair after top surgery. Would that make my head hair fall out? Don't know...it's a crapshoot.

I haven't had a great deal of growth either. Mine was tiny to begin with, lol, even for a "normal" female, and I'm OK with it since I want phallo anyway.

I believe that's very rare and most of those guys either haven't truly measured it and are eyeballing it and have no idea what an inch actually looks like.

^ Yeah I was just going to say the same thing. Don't compare yourself to the guys saying they are 3 inches, most are probably exaggerating or just haven't measured. I suppose it's possible but would be very rare.

Anyway, an inch is normal, you're fine.

If you want more size though, in addition to what Simon said, you can also talk to your doctor about HGH. I know of one trans guy who says it worked for him.

This.

I'm 15 months on T and I am not 3 inches.

I wouldn't worry.
As it's already been said,
Everyone's body is different.
You're way ahead of me at this point.
I've been on T for over two years now,
And I haven't even gotten an inch of growth down there,
Mine is hardly noticeable at all *Shrug*
I wish it was bigger, but some of us just get the luxury of getting much help,
Even with T...

I've been on T two months and mine has grown only slightly if at all. ~hope

Remember when you're talking sizes that just like cis guys, trans guys are prone to exaggeration, especially in this area. lol  And didn't I just read in something Chuck posted that when study participants measured themselves, they reported themselves larger than when measured by others.

And some guys start out big to begin with. So you can't compare your results to someone else's without knowing where they started at, how big the guys in their family are (if that matters), etc.

If you use DHT cream, get saw palmetto tincture if you're concerned about losing hair. One guy said he did start losing his hair on DHT until he started putting the saw palmetto on it.

He also said it might be a good idea to wait until about a year or two on T before using DHT to let it grow as much as it's going to on its own first. Not sure if it makes a difference or not.

Actually I think NSFA gave some fair points. I got a little growth after a few weeks and then month 3 I noticed it again. So it is going to be individual for everybody. Never heard of saw palmetto tincture (except for prostrate troubles). But maybe makes sense. DHT is way expensive anyway and not available in the US (so it must be shipped from I don't know Europe somewhere). Some of the doctors who do lower surgery are asking their patients to use it first.

I was thinking about this lately. Now that i've had my top surgery (yayayayayayaayayayay!) My dysphoria had moved south of the belt, sigh. I have experienced pretty much no change in the size of my dick since starting T ten months ago and I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I was really expecting to get at least to about 3 inches after about a year but i'm barely 1 inch. Some mornings I really feel like i've got a boner and my sex drive hasn't slowed down at all, but i've experiences no size change. Are there any creams I can ask, the doctor who prescribes my T, for to increase size?

Thanks guys!

Also off topic but two more days till my sponges come off!!!!
Started T in July 2012
Had Top Surgery on May 23rd, 2013

3 inches hard is the very long end of the spectrum (from what I know). One to two inches is kind of average. Just one of the many things. DHT I've heard can help with growth but it's risky and can cause more balding.

About 1 to 1.5 inches in growth seems to be the norm from what I've seen.  Like Nygeel mentioned 3 inches is a really uncommon as far as growth goes.  I don't think I've ever seen more than one or two guys talking about getting that much growth.

If you want a change in size, you should start pumping. That's the real secret to increasing its size. The only catch is that you have to keep pumping if you want to keep the growth.

I have used DHT for almost two years without going bald or experiencing hair loss yet. Results will be different for different people and only time will tell of course, just adding my experience here.

I primarily used it and got some very amazing results, hardly pumping at all. Honestly, it's easier for me to apply a bit of cream once or twice a day than to dedicate time to pumping when I am just often busy, tired, or in a mood where I don't feel like it whatsoever. When I didn't have a job I did that regularly but otherwise pumping is the exception rather than the rule.

If you're going to be doing both, you may want to go ahead and pump immediately before applying the DHT because there will be more bloodflow to the area and it will be primed for growth for this reason, similar to a workout.
