I currently own a double front compression shirt from Underworks.  Recently I attempted to wear it while jogging & it rolled a lot at the bottom.  I'm not comfortable exercising (anything beyond weight lifting) without a binder.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

My 997 would roll up very badly, and the only two things I found that helped were folding it up quite a bit, or cutting it. Eventually I cut it to a length just long enough to bind with and it's much more comfortable for me. If you do cut it, it doesn't fray or anything so you don't have to worry about sewing it back up.

This. Or just buy an Underworks tritop. I use mine 3-4x a week for martial arts and baseball, and I haven't had any issues. If you're small enough you could try a tight sports bra and under armour shirt too. I've also heard Les Love Boat binders are good for exercise. I'd def go for a short binder though as opposed to a long one like your double front; they are much cooler and won't roll up.

I may have to wait until I lose more weight, by the sound of things.  I'm a fairly big guy, in chest as well as stomach.  When the binder is pulled up so that it's doubled over my chest (& half length) it cuts into my abdominal fat & makes things more obvious.

Just more incentive to keep my butt in gear, I guess.  Thanks for the feedback.  I made note of the suggestion(s). :)
