Keeping things in place under binders

Hello,
First post so hopefully I'm doing this right. I wasn't entirely sure what to search for to see if anyone had a similar question before. I have a Sports Pullover Short Binder from Loveboat that I'm generally pleased with, except that after wearing it for awhile the... bits as it were, tend to migrate together and make a bulge in the center of my chest instead of staying nicely off to the sides where I put them. I worry about how it looks, plus it gets uncomfortable and sweaty. I've tried wearing a really light bra under the binder which helps keep things separated but then the effect of binding isn't as good. Is it because the binder is the wrong size for me? I've gained some weight since getting it, but the problem doesn't seem to have gotten any better or worse. Any suggestions anyone could offer would be much appreciated.

It could just be that the binder is stretching out, and therefore getting looser. Over time, binders tend to do that.

Yeah. I find they need to be replaced about once a year if you wear it everyday.

I have one from underworks that I have the same problem with... and have had the same problem with since I got it.  The only thing I can think of is that either the material is too smooth and there's not enough traction to hold everything in place, or maybe although I followed the size charts, I got one that was too big for me.  Sometimes if I wear a wifebeater type thing under the binder, it will help... but it seems like they still migrate after a while... just takes longer.

I have one from underworks, too. I know it fits right, I followed the chart and it isn't too tight or loose, but I still get migration after a while. Just from moving around. I think I'd have to agree that the material is really smooth though. The binder's going to move with us, and things are going to get misaligned. I've noticed that the more active I am, the faster the migration occurs. I usually just find a private place and subtly readjust.
I will not go quietly into that good night, but instead rage against the dying of the light.

Mine only tend to last six months with everyday usage.

I have issues with the chest and waist. The chest migrates to a center point and my waist migrates up and makes it look even worse. I'm not nearly as active as I'd like to be because of it. However, I have noticed that it takes way longer for it to get to a point where other people notice and that for a time period the shift isn't atrocious and is just my dysphoria amplifying the issue. But the discomfort is still there.

I read somewhere if you put on a sports bra backwards it helps keep them separated, I've done it and it works, Although I do not do it often because for me the compression from my Nike compression bra is uncomfortable try a semi compression bra or a regular sports bra that leaves the shoulder blades exposed when put on normally so it will separate them.
My profile pic is my hairy pre-t face. I want to be stealth, but my music career may kill that. ;D I like muscle cars, kicks, fashion, music, planes etc. The name I chose for myself is Khai. I'm 22. My ftm Tumblr is: http://gentlemenfck.tumblr.com/

pushing them out never seems to work for me, but pushing them down does O_o i guess it depends on the size of your chest :/ but i bind much better down than out
