Where can I find electrolysis in Greater China area?

I have limited facial hair and the dark colored hair has been removed by laser very effectivly. BUT I'm older and also have white hair which can only be removed by electrolysis. I have a villa in Phuket and you would think they have that service available but no luck yet, maybe Bangkok or Hong Kong BUT still no luck - Its got to be somewhere reasonable close by plane as its needs regular treatments. Anyone out there that can help?

Thank you. I have sent a request to the one suggested in HK and Bangkok and am awaiting a reply. I will also contact the one in Singapore. I will have to fly and do a day trip except for HK. Will let you know what I have opted for.

Lauren Bramley has replied - they called me. Yes, they offer the service at USD60 for 15 minutes and HK is the best location for me. Thank you Flan and also Esther for an alternative place.
